Potterverse Sponsorship

Promote your business, school or organization by helping to support a fabulous community event while directly benefiting the Roseville Public Library. Potterverse brings families and community together to celebrate a world of magic with tons of hands-on activities, fabulous decorations and costumed characters and various treats. We also welcome family and individual sponsorships!!!

ATTENDANCE is over 1,200 people including guests and volunteers.

REACH is over 10,000 people including online presence and social media marketing.

EACH SPONSORSHIP INCLUDES:

• Admission for two (2) — $30 value*

• Two (2) Bottomless Butterbeer Cups — $12 value*

• Logo on a Shared Sponsorship Banner at the Event Entrance

• Logo on the Event Website

• Logo in the Event Passport that each guest receives at the event to use for activities

• One (1) Featured Social Media Post with Sponsor Logo

*Sponsor Passports and Bottomless Butterbeer Cups will be distributed at the check-in desk on the day of the event. Extra tickets and galleons need to be prepurchased separately, if desired. No tickets sales at the door.

*Sponsorship registration and payment due by April 1, 2026 for maximum publicity. After that date, the Sponsor Banner benefit will no longer be available. Final deadline is April 10, 2026.
